By placing an order with RichBrand, you agree to the terms below. We've kept them short on purpose.

Orders & pricing

All prices are listed in DT and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities on any order.

Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment is received. If you've chosen a manual payment method, your order is held as pending until we confirm receipt.

Returns & exchanges

Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Reach out to us before sending anything back so we can guide you through it.

Product accuracy

We try to represent colors, fabrics, and fit as accurately as possible, but small variations between photos and the physical product can happen.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally as the store grows. The version posted here is always the current one.
