Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Unworn items in their original condition, with tags attached, can be returned within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, message us with your order number before sending anything back.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll confirm whether it's approved. Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method, or as store credit if you paid cash on delivery. Refunds are typically processed within a few business days.

Items that can't be returned

Items that show signs of wear, are missing tags, or were marked as final sale can't be accepted for return.

Return shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, return shipping is covered by the customer.
