Processing time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed. You'll see the order status update in real time if you ever check back with us.

Delivery times & rates

Domestic delivery across Tunisia takes 2–5 business days once dispatched, for a flat rate of 8.000 DT. Orders over 400.000 DT ship free.

International delivery, where available, typically takes 7–14 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Rates are calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll follow up with tracking details at the email address you provided at checkout.

Delays

Occasionally, courier delays or customs hold-ups push delivery past the estimates above. If your order is running noticeably late, reach out and we'll look into it for you.
